- Contact us by visiting our "Contact Us" page within 30 days of your purchase. Please provide us with as much information about your order as possible. Including your name, order number, item name, quantity and reason for the return. The more information you give us the faster we can process your request.
- You will then receive an email from Invisible Phone Guard with your RA# (Return Authorization Number). You MUST write this number CLEARLY on the outside of the package you will be sending to us. This is how we internally track and identify your return. Failure to provide this number with your shipment will result in refusal of your return.
- The email you receive from Invisible Phone Guard will also provide the address you will need to ship the return to. It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with a shipping service that has some type of tracking or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.
- After we receive and process your return (processing your return may take up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return) we will credit your account (less $4.95 per order). You will be notified by email when your credit has been processed.
